I am back and blogging once again! I am so excited to share my crafting journey with you! I will be sharing cards, scrapbook pages, quilting and embroidery projects that I plan to work on this year. I have so many things in store and can’t wait to get started on them. I even plan on doing some giveaways on my blog. So, you might want to stay tuned to find out that works. I think you will love it!
This past year has been so very busy for me. My son got married and my oldest daughter had a baby. I am proud to have two wonderful grandsons and a wonderful daughter-in-law in our family. As I share my blogging journey you will get to see snips of the family. After all, it wouldn’t be much of a blog if you didn’t know a little bit about me now would it!
The first project I want to share with you is the wedding card that I created for my son and his wife. I used Crafters Companion Storybook dies to make this lovely easel card. I have to say that I was quite pleased with the outcome of how it turned out. The “Mr. & Mrs die was from their Rustic Wedding collection as well as the metallic cardstock used to cut the elements. I used a variety of papers that I had in my stash and a metal bird charm along with Prima brand flowers. Let me know what you think.
Happy crafting!
